Procedure and Fees
The A1 Level German language au pair course consists of basic language modules taught in 3 months. Classes conducted in Harare, Bulawayo and Johannesburg.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The candidate is committed to finish the program to they have started with Future Growth Consortium and to attest that they will pay the commitment fee on application as agreed.
If the permit is issued before the candidate pays commitment fee the candidate will pay 50% extra to their commitment fee.
The candidate understands that the process from work permit application to Visa application is always successful but, however if the permit application is rejected due to unknown/unseen reasons the candidate agrees that Connect Outsourcing will offer to re-apply or refund commitment fee less 40% for operational cost.
The candidate agrees to pay the administration fee once the work permit is issued and must have immigration and flight fees ready when the visa is issued.
The candidate agrees that they will not hold Future Growth Consortium liable for the following;
1. If the candidate’s work permit is rejected
2. The candidate’s visa appointment schedule is delayed.
3. If the candidates Visa application is unsuccessful due to personal issues or other related issues.
4. If the candidate miss flights or incur any losses during the process due to third parties.
5. If the candidate will be deemed unsuitable by the employer due to;
• Not being able to communicate properly in English with management.
• Not being able to drive an articulated truck or pass the skills test and all required tests or any other tests depending on the occupation the candidate applied for.
• Any other mischievous or unsuitable behaviour.
The candidate understands that Connect Outsourcing will only be responsible for them until they are introduced to their employer and have direct communication with the Employer, from thereafter it will be the candidate’s responsibility and their future employer to carter for themself.
The candidate understands that their employer will be responsible for their work conditions and salary and also received their work contract from the employer.
By sending their documents for application the candidate will be agreeing to above Terms and condition and also give consent to the POPIA, even without a formal written agreement
Refund policy
1. Once the client has initiated the consultancy process and paid the agreed-upon fees, any refund requests shall be subject to the following conditions.
2. In the event that the client requests a refund within [2 working days ] of initiating the consultancy process, the consultancy shall be entitled to retain 40% of the total funds paid by the client as compensation for services rendered up to that point.
3. The remaining 60% of the funds shall be refunded to the client within [14 working days] of receiving the refund request.
4. The consultancy shall have the right to deduct any applicable processing fees, third-party charges, or expenses incurred in processing the refund from the refunded amount.
5. This refund policy is designed to protect the consultancy from financial losses resulting from clients requesting refunds after initiating the consultancy process.
6. The client acknowledges and agrees that by initiating the consultancy process and accepting these terms, they are bound by this refund policy.
7. The client understands that this refund policy does not apply in cases where the consultancy fails to meet its obligations or breaches the terms of the consultancy agreement.
8. Any disputes or disagreements arising from refund requests shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the consultancy and the client. By sending your application documents, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.”
